What are sport NFTs? How have they impacted the fans?

NFTs in sports can be trading cards, collectibles, memorabilias or digital merchandise etc. NFT sports marketplaces let the people own some of the unique sports NFT. In some cases these collectible and trading cards can go beyond their actual purpose. This means that, apart from holding these NFTs, the user also gets the privilege to access certain utilities. For eg: buying a NFT collectible card might give the NFT holder the opportunity to watch a match in the Metaverse. Hence, sports NFTs help the fans to interact with their favorite sport star or athlete closely.
