When BTC hits a new ATH, Alts might dip!

I think when btc hits a new ATH alts will get a bigger hit than the slight dip going on right now, because of FOMO and people would want to ride the btc train before it takes off to new heights. So they would cash out some of their alts if not all and buy in btc. But then another altseason will kick off shortly afterwards. Thoughts?
