Very interesting! I don't see how the vulnerable people in society are going to be able to get on with so much in this emerging modern system, with tokenization, crypto and so on.

Crypto is all about ease of use and decentralization. Far from institutions in control or bureaucratic transactions that might require paper work validations and so on. So as a matter of fact it's the "vulnerable" people whom are benefitting the most from cryptocurrency, they only need to educate themselves on the usage of wallets and crypto exchanges to trade and store their crypto and that's about it. No banks, no brokers, no financial institutions or agents, voila!

but what about those who are unable to educate themselves, who are unable to or who can no longer do anything with a computer or smartphone, those are the people I was thinking of

Yes those less fortunate people won't be able to use crypto as they definitely need access to a device that is connected to the internet. Sad but true.
